Our story
Cumin India began with a simple idea: cook the food we grew up sharing, with no shortcuts.
Our kitchen layers whole spices, slow-cooked sauces, and tandoor-fired breads into dishes rooted in India and made for our Connecticut community. Every plate is prepared to order, from the first toasted cumin seed to the final handful of fresh cilantro.
